Job Description
- Preparation and review of annual Self-Managed Superannuation Fund financial statements and tax returns;
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC
- Preparation of work paper files;
- Liaise and collaborate with other professional teams and five Partners;
- Assist the SMSF team in completing compliance work and lodgement deadlines;
- Assist in the identification and implementation of contribution and pension strategies.
- 3+ years’ experience in SMSF accounting in Australia dealing with a large number of clients and advanced complexity of funds.
- Ideally CA qualified or near completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SMSF accounting experience using BGL Simplefund, BLF SF360, MYOB, HowNow, MS Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and high quality output
