The Position:


As a Life Claims Assessor in the Retail Claims team, you can expect to be performing the following tasks:
  • Managing and assessing a portfolio of Retail TPD claims;
  • Day to day liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers, legal professionals and advisers;
  • Initiating claims investigations;
  • Requesting medical and financial information;
  • Making claim decisions according to your a authority level. 

About You:


You must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in the legal field;
  • 2 years experience with Total and Permanent Disability [TPD], Income Protection [IP], Personal Injury, CTP or Workers Compensation cases; 
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail;
  • Most importantly, you must have a genuine interest in moving into Life Insurance.
