Our client is a reputable strata management firm delivering their services in commercial, residential & industrial strata with a focus on providing exceptional service across the board. As result of their booming business, they are seeking a Strata Assistant to join their team in their Liverpool office.

The Role
As an Strata Assistant, your duties will include:
  • Attending to incoming calls and emails 
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Managing work orders & coordinating repairs
  • Providing administrative support
  • Location: Liverpool location - close to public transport
  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
In order to be considered for the role, you will have:
  • Previous experience within strata essential
  • Professional client / customer servicing experience
  • Strong administration & organisational skills
  • A high attention to detail & an ability to take initiative
