Our client is seeking a Team Leader to manage and build a team of 6 experienced consultants which will eventuate into a team of 11. In this role you will provide support and guidance to a team of Strata Claims Consultants and be the influence of positive change.
- Assist in building a team of strata claims consultants
- Provide support and training to consultants with their daily duties
- Managing a portfolio of Strata Claims end to end
- Manage escalation calls in relation to claims
- Experience Leading a team of Claims Consultants
- Experience in managing a portfolio of claims end to end
- Strata experience is required for this role
- Ability to manage high pressure
- Ability to organise and prioritise work well
- A sense of urgency due to quick turnover on claims
- Help build a team and facilitate the success of the business.
