The Role:
  • Manage a team of claims processors 
  • Management of SLAs and workflows
  • Management of escalated and complex issues 
  • Onboarding and training of direct reports
  • Actively improve processes relating to the claims operations space 
About You: 
  • Previous insurance or financial services experience
  • Prior experience in leading or managing a team 
  • Experience with finance or finance processes 
    Administration processing experience 
  • Excellent communication skills
