Job Description
Our client is a growing Life Insurance company located in the CBD. They value and promote a great work culture and are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team on a 12-14 month maternity leave contract.
The Role
As a Team Leader for the client services, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure clients and customers are looked after in a timely manner and managed efficiently as per the companies policies and procedures
- Handle all escalations from various channels
- Identify and prove processes
- Manage a team of 7 people
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation dependent on experience
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
As a successful Team Leader, you will offer:
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook essential).
- Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of Life Insurance products desirable.
- Ability to adhere to industry best practices and compliance.
