The Company
Our client is a growing Life Insurance company located in the CBD. They value and promote a great work culture and are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team on a 15-18 month maternity leave contract. 

The Role 
As a Team Leader for the client services, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Ensure clients and customers are looked after in a timely manner and managed efficiently as per the companies policies and procedures
  • Handle all escalations from various channels
  • Manage workflow, ongoing training and onboarding of new team members
  • Identify and improve processes 
  • Manage a team of 7 people
  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation dependent on experience
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Hours:  Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm               
You
As a successful Team Leader, you will offer: 
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Management role.
  • Understanding of Life Insurance products desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook essential).
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to adhere to industry best practices and compliance.
