Join a Government Organisation to supervise a busy call centre. This is a newly created role due to the increase of workload and you will be supervising the HR team.
This role is a 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
As a Team Supervisor for the HR team, your duties will include but not been limited to:
- Lead a team of up to 14 agents
- Monitoring performance and KPI's
- Reporting based on the results of the team
- Supporting the Contact Centre Manager
- Location: Parramatta
- Salary: $44.55 - $47.76/hour + Superannuation
- Hours: 8 hours a day - (Monday-Friday)
In order to be successful for the role, you will have:
- Previous contact centre experience
- Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
