The position

Currently we are seeking a Trainer and Assessor to join a reputable General Insurer in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs Location.

The company is an award winning Insurance company who specialises in innovative technology
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end solutions to assist in supporting claims management training across a range of claims portfolios
  • Organising training sessions as required and maintaining valid records of the processes.
  • Working alongside the General Insurance Team
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in General Insurance 
  • Degree in training or relevant experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong relationship building skills and will be required to do presentations
  • A Self started, Quick Thinker and can work well under pressure.
  • CIV in Training and Assessment required
  • Tertiary education will be looked favourably upon
  • Experience delivery training in adult education
  • Experience using E-Learning tools
