Currently we are seeking a Trainer and Assessor to join a reputable General Insurer in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs Location.
The company is an award winning Insurance company who specialises in innovative technology
- Managing end-to-end solutions to assist in supporting claims management training across a range of claims portfolios
- Organising training sessions as required and maintaining valid records of the processes.
- Working alongside the General Insurance Team
- Experience in General Insurance
- Degree in training or relevant experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong relationship building skills and will be required to do presentations
- A Self started, Quick Thinker and can work well under pressure.
- CIV in Training and Assessment required
- Tertiary education will be looked favourably upon
- Experience delivery training in adult education
- Experience using E-Learning tools
