The Role
As a Customer Training Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Provide the initial and ongoing product training to the customer base
  • Prepare and schedule virtual training sessions and webinars
  • Providing and analysing Global reporting
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree and additional languages is preferred
  • 1-3 years' Customer Service experience is essential
  • Previous experience in delivering training modules 
  • Software training experience is ideal but not necessary
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate across various levels, both internally and externally
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and act independently 
  • For client onsite visits, travel may be required
