Our client is an established and well-rounded Multinational Insurance and Reinsurance provider, looking for a Travel Claims Consultant to join their expanding team.
The Role
- Managing and processing Travel Claims from end to end
- Assisting the Claims supervisor with customer service
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Minimum of 1 year managing Travel claims end to end
- Experience in handling luggage, cancellation and medical expenses claims
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
