The Company

Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Travel Insurance Consultant to join their expanding team. They have beautiful modern offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all. 

The Role  
  • Attending to inbound phone calls  
  • Managing Travel Insurance general inquiries 
  • Providing clients with information on product offerings 
  • Highly customer service and sales focused
  • Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers 
  • Salary: $27 -$29/hour + super
  • Position Type: Temp with the potential to go Perm
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, shift work between 8am and 9pm.
  • Location: Sydney CBD
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience within the General Insurance industry is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
  • Sales and Call Center experience desirable 
  • The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
