The role 

As an Underwriter you will be responsible for:

• Underwriting within your delegated authority and company guidelines
• Building and maintaining broker relationships 
• Ensuring all quotes and renewals are processed as per service level agreements
• Contribute to new business growth and renewal retention
• Provide excellent customer services 
• Updating files and general administrative duties 

Experience 

• Experience in financial services is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport easily
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
