Job Description

Our client is a reputable software and hardware distributor with a long standing reputable for delivering service excellence. They are currently seeking an Vendor Operations Specialist to support a key long term client of the business.

Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
  • Data Entry and preparation of renewal quotes.
  • Maintaining sales pipeline information and reviewing with management.
  • Follow up on status of opportunities over phone and email. 
  • Face to face vendor meetings.
  • Maintenance and tracking of records.
  • Adhoc duties.

  • Previous experience in a similar role. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team yet take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong MS office skills.
