Our client is a reputable software and hardware distributor with a long standing reputable for delivering service excellence. They are currently seeking an Client Operations Officer to support a key long term client of the business.

Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
  • Ensure timely submissions and payment of client claims.
  • Manage client claims process to maximise profits and to achieve/exceed targets.
  • Manage and process licensing, warranty renewals and support PM functions.
  • Analyse and implement process improvement.
  • Provide customer service and sales support to all client re sellers when required.
  • Assist & maintain internal & external inquiries on behalf of the product team.
