A new opportunity has arisen for a Word Processing Operator to work in a Family Law practice in Sydney. Responsibilities will include assisting the team with the following tasks:

THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a Word Processing Operator to work in a Family Law practice in Sydney. Responsibilities will include assisting the team with the following tasks:
- Preparing and amending contracts and legal correspondence;
- Word processing using BigHand digital dictation;
- Data entry;
- Creating diagrams and/or PowerPoint presentations;
- Producing, amending and preparing documents and transcripts; and
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
- Salary: Up to $85,000 package
- Location: Sydney CBD close to Town Hall and Wynyard stations
- Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
YOU
To be successful in this fast-paced environment, we are looking for someone who has experience in:
- 2+ Years in a Word Processor role or similar
- Administrative tasks including printing and scanning
- Well presented and spoken
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Excellent in MS Word and formatting, including highly proficient typing skills
- High attention to detail
