- Manage a mixed portfolio of end-to-end workers compensation claims.
- Come up with strategies and drive RTW outcomes.
- Provide input in stakeholder case conferences to progress claims.
- Liaise with internal managers and educate them on obligations.
- Be proactive in suggesting ways to engage the workforce.

- Previous experience managing end to end Workers' Compensation Claims
- Allied Health qualification (Desirable)
