The Opportunity
  • Manage a caseload of 50 injured workers
  • Liaise with managers and other internal stakeholders to gather info
  • Make liability decisions on claims and communicate effectively 
  • Collaborate with internal Injury Managers to determine rehab options
  • Coordinate medical treatment where necessary
  • Give input into monthly meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Build lasting relationships with company line managers

About you
  • You must have Workers Compensation Case Management experience
  • Experience can be across scheme agent or self insurance 
  • Experience engaging stakeholders & influencing claims outcomes
  • Down-to-earth approach with genuine passion for helping people
