The Opportunity
- Be responsible for a team of 6 Case Managers
- Work collaboratively with Rehab Specialist & Legal Specialist
- Develop strong understanding of company operations
- Make commercial recommendations to the wider business
- Set clear objectives & motivate the team to uphold best practice
- Show initiative with claims management systems & processes
- Continue to foster a superb team culture
