The Role
The Workers Compensation Consultant will represent a portfolio of clients claims and injuries which includes:

• Manage your own portfolio of 20 clients
• Giving advice on how to get early return to work 
• Liaise closely with all clients and build your portfolio 
• Move from a workers comp case manager into a consultant within a brokerage 

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Minimum of 4 years experience managing workers comp claims
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders 
• Dispute resolution and negotiation skills
• Strong desire to progress with a large organisation
