The Company 
Established for the past 100 years, our client is now a leading insurer across life, health and the finance sectors. They are seeking a Workforce Analyst in a brand new position who will be responsible for piloting a brand new system in the call centre.

The Role
Your duties as an Workforce Analyst will include but not be limited to: 
  • Piloting and rolling out a brand new system in the call centre 
  • Forecasting call volumes and busy periods 
  • Scheduling in order to ensure service levels 
  • Rostering to maximise efficiency 
  • Reporting results and progress 
  • Making relative adjustments to accommodate work loads
  • Location: Melbourne - South Yarra 
  • Salary: $35-$40/hour + Superannuation 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Temporary and potential to go permanent 
You
In order to be successful in this role, you will have: 
  • Strong experience in operational analysis in call centres 
  • Extensive real time analysis experience within customer service 
  • Forecasting, scheduling, adjusting and rostering in call centre experience 
  • Ability to train, coach and mentor team members 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced excel skills and the ability to pick up on new programs quickly
  • Full working rights in Australia
