Caroline joined Kennedy Reid in February 2020 as a Resourcer on the Executive Recruitment desk before progressing through several roles across the business. From Consultant on the General Insurance Temporary Recruitment desk to her current leadership position, Caroline has built her career on adaptability, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery.

Before joining Kennedy Reid, Caroline worked as a Senior Account Manager at a Dublin-based advertising agency, where she managed a portfolio of B2B clients, including several major insurers. Her background in client service and communications has translated seamlessly into recruitment.

Caroline is responsible for connecting skilled, specialised candidates with top-tier business support opportunities. She prides herself on delivering timely, cost-effective recruitment outcomes, always with a focus on quality and long-term success.
