Caroline O'Grady

Caroline joined Kennedy Reid in February 2020 initially as a Resourcer working on the Executive Recruitment desk before transitioning to Consultant on the General Insurance – Temporary Recruitment desk. In January 2022, Caroline changed desks, providing Permanent Solutions within the Business Support space.

Before joining Kennedy Reid, Caroline worked as a Senior Account Manager in a Dublin-based advertising agency working with B2B clients, including insurers.

In June 2022, Caroline was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. In her current role, she is responsible for matching qualified and specialised candidates with our Business Support clients in a timely and cost-effective manner, providing permanent solutions for their recruitment needs.
