Kate Carroll joined Kennedy Reid in September 2019 as a Consultant, bringing a strong background in Allied Health and Claims. She found her passion in General Insurance Claims and has since specialised in this area, leveraging her industry knowledge and dedication to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities.

With five years of prior experience in the insurance sector, Kate has deep insight into the nuances of the General Insurance Claims space. She now leads a high-performing team across both Claims and Life Insurance recruitment, specialising in roles spanning commercial and domestic lines, including property, motor, liability, financial lines, travel, accident & health, and workers’ compensation.

Kate is committed to understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring each placement aligns with skills, experience, and career goals.
