My client is hiring an Account Executive or above to join their Workers' Compensation broking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in insurance broking, particularly within the workers' compensation space. The role offers exposure to client servicing, policy coordination, and injury management support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support brokers and account managers with workers' compensation policy renewals, documentation preparation, and client communications.
  • Support basic injury management coordination, including scheduling medical case conferences and claim reviews.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist in preparing reports for clients and insurers.
  • Contribute to return-to-work planning and liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and clients to ensure smooth claim handling.
  • Attend training sessions to build knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and broking practices.
  • Uphold a client-first approach and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Experience with workers compensation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Performance Measures:
  • Timely and accurate completion of broking and administrative tasks.
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated learning and development in workers' compensation broking.
