Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers and account managers with workers' compensation policy renewals, documentation preparation, and client communications.
- Support basic injury management coordination, including scheduling medical case conferences and claim reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist in preparing reports for clients and insurers.
- Contribute to return-to-work planning and liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and clients to ensure smooth claim handling.
- Attend training sessions to build knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and broking practices.
- Uphold a client-first approach and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
