The Role Reporting to a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing exceptional service and technical support across renewals, endorsements, claims and new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency and policy amendments
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters
- Preparing submissions and negotiating terms with insurers
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client portfolios
- Assisting with claims management and client advocacy
- Supporting new business opportunities and referrals
- Providing high-level customer service via phone, email and video meetings
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
- Previous experience within an insurance broking role
- Experience servicing SME, commercial or mid-market clients
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or close to completion)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service
