The Role
Seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney team. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market commercial clients across industries such as manufacturing, import/distribution, marine, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of complex commercial accounts
- Build and maintain strong client and underwriter relationships
- Deliver proactive service and quick turnaround on client needs
- Collaborate with support staff and claims team for seamless service
- Travel interstate (NSW & VIC) for client engagement and renewals
