Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across various industry sectors.
- Provide professional advice on general insurance products and risk solutions.
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, policy placements, and day-to-day servicing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare insurance program reviews, submissions, and renewal strategies.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through cross-selling and referral generation.
- Assist clients with policy interpretation, claims advocacy, and risk management discussions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with broking, claims, and support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
About You:
- Tier 1 qualified with minimum 5 years broking experience
- Exposure to construction, transport, manufacturing or other commercial sectors will be highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Client-focused with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term client outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
