About the role
Working closely with a Partner, you’ll manage a varied workflow, maintain regular client contact, and coordinate both onshore and offshore support to ensure work is delivered accurately and efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, organisation, and being relied upon within a high-performing team.
- Provide direct support to a Partner
- Manage client onboarding and system setup
- Prepare and process financial product applications (super, pensions, SMSFs, investments)
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing queries and building relationships
- Coordinate with a Team Assistant and offshore support team
- General admin support including document management, inbox coordination, and data entry
- Salary: $85-95K package
- CBD Location Short walk from Town Hall Station
- Previous experience in a financial services administration
- Strong understanding of financial services processes (SMSFs/trusts highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
