About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of architects, interior designers, and key industry contacts across the A&D space.
This is not a transactional sales role..Your role will focus on building long-term relationships, driving product specifications, and positioning yourself as the go-to contact for premium product solutions across upcoming projects.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers
- Proactively visiting design studios and client offices to present products and discuss upcoming projects
- Hosting clients within a premium showroom and creating an engaging selection experience
- Providing tailored recommendations and guidance around product selection and specifications
- Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing client relationships
- Staying across industry trends, market activity, and upcoming projects
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Salary - Up to $120+ super+ comms + car
- Location: Roseberry,NSW
You’re someone who naturally builds rapport and enjoys forming genuine relationships. You’re commercially minded but equally passionate about delivering a high-quality client experience.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience managing your own portofolio across sales, business development, account management, or specification sales
- A strong interest in architecture, interior design, property, or premium building products
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- A proactive, polished, and professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
