Flexible Campaign-Based Call Centre Roles (TEMP) �55357;�56496; $36 per hour + super

About the Opportunity We’re currently partnering with a well-established client in the financial services sector who regularly requires temporary Call Centre Agents for campaign-based work.

⚠️ Important:
  • These are short-term TEMP assignments only (not ongoing full-time roles)
  • Each campaign runs for a set period (typically 1–2 weeks)
  • You must be available to commit to the full duration of each campaign you accept
�55357;�56517; First upcoming campaign:

Monday 4th May – Friday 8th May (5 days)

There will be ongoing campaigns available for reliable candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Making outbound calls to shareholders (non-sales)
  • Providing information and answering queries
  • Collecting feedback and updating details
  • Coordinating the re-mailing of documents
  • Following scripts and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Delivering a high level of customer service

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPIs
  • Reliable and punctual — full attendance is essential
  • Available to commit to the full campaign dates (no exceptions)
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong focus on quality and customer experience
  • Professional, business casual presentation
