About the Opportunity We’re currently partnering with a well-established client in the financial services sector who regularly requires temporary Call Centre Agents for campaign-based work.

- These are short-term TEMP assignments only (not ongoing full-time roles)
- Each campaign runs for a set period (typically 1–2 weeks)
- You must be available to commit to the full duration of each campaign you accept
Monday 4th May – Friday 8th May (5 days)
There will be ongoing campaigns available for reliable candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to shareholders (non-sales)
- Providing information and answering queries
- Collecting feedback and updating details
- Coordinating the re-mailing of documents
- Following scripts and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Delivering a high level of customer service
