The Role
- Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Scheduling meetings and assist with reporting.
- Handle and maintain documentation
- Handle general enquiries
- Competitive hourly rate
- Full time in the CBD office
Ideal Candidates
- 6-12 months experience in insurance is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
