- Manage a portfolio of high-risk claims across Motor, Liability, Plant & Equipment, PI, ISR & Contract Works
- Apply claims policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders
- At least 2 years General Insurance Claims experience from insurer or brokerage
- Strong communication & relationship‑management skills
- $70k–$100k + Super + Discretionary Bonus
- Career progression: management pathway or move into broking down the lines
- Collaborative, growth‑focused culture
- WFH 1 day each week after training period
