This role is ideal for someone with strong phone-based customer service or sales experience who is looking to build a longterm career within insurance broking. Full training and support towards Tier 1 qualification will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME insurance clients
- Handle policy renewals and retention conversations
- Build strong relationships with clients over the phone and via email
- Provide general insurance advice and discuss appropriate coverage options
- Liaise with insurers to source suitable policies and pricing
- Manage cancellation and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
- Previous experience within customer service, sales, call centre, retail, banking, hospitality, or other phone-based environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
- Professional presentation and office experience preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Insurance experience or Tier 1 qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Up to $85K package
- Full support to complete Tier 1 qualification
