Our client is a world-leading appliance brand, recognised globally for quality, innovation, and outstanding customer service. With a strong reputation and a welcoming, team-focused culture, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer on a temporary-to-permanent basis to support their high-volume sales team.
The Role
As a Client Services Officer, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Handle product recalls, refunds, and warranty issues
- Coordinate logistics and courier ETAs
- Accurately update multiple systems, including JDE and Salesforce
Salary: $36/hour + superannuation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B customer service environment
- Ideally, experience in appliances, warranty, or retail
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing
