The Role
- Greet clients, visitors, and contractors to deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while efficiently managing general email inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, including seamless equipment set-up and catering arrangements.
- Maintain the pristine presentation of the reception area, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and site security visitor logs.
- Support kitchen facilities by replenishing consumables and managing dishwashers throughout the day.
- Provide broader administrative support involving data entry, document formatting, and stationery ordering.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate reception, front-of-house, office administration, or high-level hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Confident proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and general office systems.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to assist with routine kitchen and facilities upkeep.
- Secure a steady 3-month temporary assignment with a lucrative $40 per hour pay rate.
