As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Taking inbound calls regarding general inquiries
- Managing complaints appropriately
- Updating databases
- Providing excellent customer service
- Case management for more complex inquiries
- Handling inquiries relating to warranty, servicing, repairs etc
As a successful Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will offer:
- Previous Customer Service experience ideally in a call center environment
- Full Australian Working rights
- An interest in the automotive industry is great but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
