A well-established and fast-growing retail group representing five successful and much-loved brands is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join their Sydney head office team.

The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice of the brand, delivering exceptional service across all channels. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing high-quality customer service across all brands
- Managing inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat – this isn’t a high-volume call centre role; it’s focused on delivering quality, personalised customer service.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding customers’ orders and returns
- Reviewing online orders and processing amendments
- Maintaining gift card and customer accounts
- Handling enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assisting with refunds and stock enquiries
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (2 days WFH)
Contract: Permanent, full-time

- Previous customer service experience (retail experience welcome)
- A genuine love for fashion
- Zendesk experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with web chat / live chat (highly advantageous)
- In-store retail or eCommerce experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A reliable, professional attitude and a strong team-player mindset
