Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints from start to resolution
 - Proactively engage with customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle (inbound & outbound)
 - Deliver fast, professional service across phone, email, and online channels
 - Achieve service KPIs while ensuring a positive customer experience
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
 
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
 - Pay: $35.15ph + super
 - Type: Temp ongoing – with the opportunity to go permanent
 - Location: Norwest, 2153 (hybrid/WFH available after probation)
