The role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences across inbound and outbound channels, coordinate service bookings and keep internal stakeholders informed. Your work will directly lift customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, providing timely, courteous support.
  • Build strong internal partnerships to ensure smooth handovers and clear communication across departments.
  • Manage service bookings end to end, maintain accurate records, and optimise workshop scheduling and appointment systems.
  • Meet key performance measures, including call quality, customer satisfaction (NPS), booking conversion, and efficiency metrics.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a high-volume contact centre, customer service or retail environment.
  • Proven ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and calmly.
  • Current Australian working rights (e.g., citizen, PR, or valid visa).
