An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Relations Officer to join a growing player within the automotive industry. This is an initial 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, manage customer cases, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
About the Role As a Customer Relations Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional customer service standards and supporting customers through a variety of enquiries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
  • Handle customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and dealership networks to facilitate issue resolution
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up activities
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, trends and case outcomes
  • Assist with documentation and compliance-related customer matters
  • Support customer communication campaigns, recalls and service programs
  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, contact centre or similar environments
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate across teams
Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
