Our client is a well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation with a global presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Data Entry & Financial Services Administrators to join their Sydney team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and high-volume data entry
- Processing financial services documentation
- Managing digital mailroom and document workflows
- Preparing and reviewing documentation for processing
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Updating customer and account information across multiple systems
- General administration and team support duties
- Salary $36+ Super per hour, paid weekly
- Location: Camellia, NSW 2142,
- Hybrid - WFH 2 days a week after training
- Hours 8.30am till 5pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm shifts
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous data entry or administration experience
- Financial services experience highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and positive team-focused attitude
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
- Weekly pay, Full-time hours Monday to Friday
