In this immediate start temporary role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of events within the financial services space. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end event coordination and management
- Using EventAir to manage registrations, communications, and event logistics
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Managing event schedules, timelines, and attendee data
- Supporting event-related administration and documentation
- Assisting with general office and team support as required
- Salary: $50-60+ super per hour (depending on experience)
- Location : Sydney CBD
- Some WFH flexibilty after training
- Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or Events Administrator
- Strong proficiency in EventAir (essential – no training provided)
- Experience within financial services or professional services
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, temp environment
