About the Role

In this immediate start temporary role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of events within the financial services space. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • End-to-end event coordination and management
  • Using EventAir to manage registrations, communications, and event logistics
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Managing event schedules, timelines, and attendee data
  • Supporting event-related administration and documentation
  • Assisting with general office and team support as required
  • Salary:   $50-60+ super per hour  (depending on experience)
  • Location : Sydney CBD
  • Some WFH flexibilty after training 
About You
  • Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or Events Administrator
  • Strong proficiency in EventAir (essential – no training provided)
  • Experience within financial services or professional services
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, temp environment
