The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide high-level executive support to three Directors, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and stakeholder sessions
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Organise logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings across locations
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on behalf of the Directors
- Support workflow efficiency across departments
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in financial services or funds management (highly regarded)
- Project coordination or project management experience (desirable)
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a similar executive support role
