We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership on a 3-month contract . This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, professional environment where collaboration, integrity, and excellence are at the core of everything we do.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide high-level executive support to three Directors, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and stakeholder sessions
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Organise logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings across locations
Communication & Liaison
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on behalf of the Directors
  • Support workflow efficiency across departments
About You
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience in financial services or funds management (highly regarded)
  • Project coordination or project management experience (desirable)
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a similar executive support role
