About the Company
Our client is a well-regarded boutique advisory firm based in Sydney CBD, known for its collaborative culture and high-quality client work. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Director in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
This is an ongoing contract role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.
You will work closely with a Director and team, providing day-to-day support and playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who is early to mid-stage in their EA career and looking to step up and grow within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management for the Director
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Managing travel bookings and itineraries
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting client coordination and communication
- General administrative office support across the team
- 2-5 years' experience in an EA, Team Assistant, or Admin role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders (Manager/Director level)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- A team player who enjoys supporting others
- Able to manage priorities while remaining adaptable
- $46 per hour + super
- Ongoing contract with potential for permanency
- Opportunity to work closely with a Director

This role is fully office-based (5 days per week) and requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment.
