This role will support a minimum of two executives, with the potential to provide support across a broader executive group as structures continue to evolve. You'll be the person who creates order from complexity, keeps priorities moving, and isn't afraid to confidently manage upwards when required.
What you'll be doing
- Managing complex and ever changing diaries
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Preparing agendas, documents and meeting materials
- Organising travel and logistics
- Monitoring actions, deadlines and follow ups
- Acting as a key liaison for stakeholders across the business
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Providing day to day executive support that enables leaders to operate effectively
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Confidence to challenge respectfully and keep leaders accountable
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine team player who enjoys supporting others and building relationships
