Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex and ever-changing executive diaries
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Manage domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Track key actions, deadlines and priorities to ensure follow-through and accountability
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across the business and represent executives professionally
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively support business priorities
- Competitive package of $120,000 - $140,000
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day WFH
- Standard business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm
