Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials
  • Manage domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Track key actions, deadlines and priorities to ensure follow-through and accountability
  • Act as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across the business and represent executives professionally
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively support business priorities
  What's On Offer
  • Competitive package of $120,000 - $140,000
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day WFH
  • Standard business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • The opportunity to join a successful organisation experiencing significant growth
  • Visible, impactful role partnering directly with senior leadership
  • Supportive, collaborative and people-focused culture
  • Long-term career opportunity within a business with an exciting future
If you're an experienced Executive Assistant who takes pride in being the trusted right hand to senior leaders, enjoys working proactively and loves making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
