The Role
- As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
- Domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, accommodation and expenses
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports, maintaining version control and confidentiality
- Stakeholder liaison across internal teams, clients and external partners
- Managing actions and follow ups, tracking deadlines and preparing the executive for key meetings
- Event and workshop support, logistics and room coordination
- General administration, purchase orders, invoice processing and records management
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting supporting senior leadership
- Advanced MS Office skills, strong writing and formatting, fast and accurate typing
- Excellent judgement, discretion with sensitive information and a calm approach under pressure
