This newly created role will support the implementation of a new inventory management system and assist with the day-to-day coordination of merchandise operations, logistics, ecommerce and fulfilment processes.
The Role:
Reporting directly into senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a new inventory management system (Cin7)
- Coordinating inventory, stock movement and operational data across multiple sales channels
- Managing purchase orders, shipping coordination and inventory administration
- Liaising with fulfilment centres, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate product, inventory and sales data
- Supporting ecommerce and marketplace operational processes
- Assisting with reporting, spreadsheets and system administration
- Helping streamline and improve operational processes as the business continues to grow
- Salary $80K - $90K + Super
- Location: Bella Vista
- Hybrid Role - 1 day WFH
This role would suit someone with experience across inventory administration, logistics coordination, supply chain support or ecommerce operations who enjoys systems, data management and keeping operations running smoothly.
You will be:
- Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working across systems, spreadsheets and operational data
- A strong communicator who can liaise professionally with suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience across inventory management, logistics/supply chain administration, warehousing, ecommerce operations, merchandise coordination or shipping/import administration would be highly regarded.
