Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
- Manage PAYG withholding, superannuation, and other statutory obligations
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Respond to payroll related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Previous experience in a payroll position
- Experience using SAP system
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Experience with payroll systems
- Communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
